Multi-Role Valve [MRV]

Small Automation Footprint: Save Space

MRV an integrated pneumatic actuated valve is thereby able to provide a small automation footprint.

Here's how it works!

Compressed air is fluctuating through the main air chamber thereby moving the piston. With such motion, the piston always pressing the actuator against the valve seat to have positive sealing!

OUR PRODUCTS
Self Actuation Compact On/Off Valve

MRV a Multi-Role Valve has a streamlined and unrestricted flow path prevents turbulence and vibration from internal valve parts.

The Unique Axial design provides longer life and offers tight shut-off in either directions compared to Ball and Globe Valves.

Modulating Flow

Application:

N2 Supply Line

Problem:

Reliability of the externally mounted diaphragm actuator often causes mechanical failure due to environmental corrosion of mechanical fixtures.

Solution:

With the integrated piston, the actuator is free from external environmental corrosion. The MRV coupled with Smart positioner is able to handle even more reliable operation.

Reference

Fast responsive On/Off

Application:

Transmission housing washing line

Problem:

Short life cycle of ball valves due to high frequency operations (3000 cycles/day) resulting in high replacement rate of ball valves.

Solution:

Horizontal piston design and low friction of MRV is able to operate more than 1 million cycles.

Very Easy Opening !

Application:

High pressure (ANSI #2500) shut-off line

Problem:

Accumulation of sludge in high pressure ball valve causes the breakaway torque to increase leading to difficulty in opening of the Rotary manual ball valve.

Solution:

With opening and closing inline with the media flow, there will be no sludge accumulated in the valve seat making manual operation easy. This is clearly demonstrated by the size of the handwheel.
